WHO AM I

Hi. I’m Leah, I have ADHD and I’m here to help you fellow spicy brained friends figure some shit out. I’ve put in a ton of work to figure out not just how ADHD works, but how MY ADHD works and I want to help you do the same. So many of us want actionable changes but we genuinely don’t know where to start or if it’s even possible. We’ve resigned ourselves to “this is just how I am and there is nothing I can do about it,” but that’s a lie and I’m here to prove it to you. Grab a spot on my calendar (below) for your FREE call and let me show you how to start living your life, on your terms, ADHD and all.

What people are saying...

Working with Leah completely changed how I manage my ADHD and show up in my life. She was empathetic, non-judgmental, and strategic in helping me break out of all-or-nothing thinking, build self-compassion, and navigate the chaos of daily life. She also supported me through burnout and helped me create a healthier balance between work and life. I now feel more in control, more balanced, and far better equipped to handle my ADHD. ~Brittany S.

I expected the first call to be a sales call, but it felt like a real coaching session. Leah was genuinely caring, insightful, and helped me look at things in a completely new way. I decided to work with Leah 1:1 and am now feeling so much more in control, supported, and with a level of clarity I didn’t have before. ~Sarah V.

Working with Leah has been life changing. I feel more organized, less stressed, and better able to embrace the chaos of my ADHD. She helped me understand why I was struggling, put strategies in place, and reminded me that setbacks are part of the process, not a failure. I always felt supported, understood, and encouraged to try new approaches in a way that actually worked for me.

Leah helped me turn a whirlwind of ideas into routines and plans I’ve actually been able to sustain. I loved her real talk, positivity, and ability to keep up with my fast-paced brain. If you’ve got a high-octane mind and need help pulling the pieces together, I highly recommend working with her.

Thanks to her support, I’ve been able to reduce burnout, adjust my workload, and feel healthier in both my mind and body. Maddy H.

What I do

Let’s be honest, this whole neurodivergent business can be filled with more lows than highs and sometimes it can feel like we’re constantly scrambling to clean up the messes we leave in our wake. I am here to help you spot those messes before they show up so there are less of them to get in your way in the first place, and to show you how to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm moving forward. You’ll be seriously amazed at how small changes over time can lead to a whole new life. I hate to break it to ya, but ADHD is not your superpower, it’s hard and most of the time it’s pretty brutal, but change is 100% possible. You ready?! LFG!!

What is ADHD Coaching

In short: ADHD coaching is part of the puzzle that helps you manage your ADHD in everyday life. Coaching helps you build a toolbox to pull from instead of only motivation, willpower and meds to rely on. None of which work on their own and the first two of which are actual bullshit. There is no one size fits all for our neurodivergent brains, so working with me can help you weed through the nuances of how your unique brain works, giving you the knowledge to tackle tasks and reassessing thought patterns that have previously held you back.

Leah waving hello

Who is it for/who does it help?

ADHD coaching is for you if you’re ready to get to movin and shakin! If you’ve come to this point it’s very likely that you are in fact ready to make some changes, you’ve just gone into ADHD paralysis on how exactly to make that happen. That’s where I step in. Let me take some of things off your plate and help you wade through the fog that is ADHD. Just do the thing…book the call!

How does it help?

ADHD Coaching helps by allowing you to take a step back and see the whole picture. Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees and I’m here to help clear out some of the brush! I will help you find your blind spots so you don’t have to keep just winging it and then picking up the pieces. Trust me, I know how exhausting that is and I also know how to help you use your energy to live a different, happier, more fulfilled life.

What does a free session look like?

We get to know each other a bit. I ask you about your journey,  allow you to ask me about mine as well as any other questions you have and then we see if we’re a good fit. Ya know, vibes and all that.

Why should you sign up for a free call?

I think the better question here is why shouldn’t you sign up for a free call? Drawing a blank? Same. Here’s the link. See you soon!
