Momentum Monday
(On a sunday)
Your ADHD brain doesn’t need another Monday morning crisis.
Momentum Monday (On A Sunday) is a weekly email for ADHDers who are tired of surviving their weeks and ready to actually get ahead of them. Arrives Sunday. Takes 3 minutes. Actually useful.
Weekly Email: Momentum Monday (On A Sunday)
ADHDers don't need motivation, we need momentum and we need it a day early!
Thank you!
You have successfully joined Momentum Mondays!
Every Sunday, I’m going to send something to your inbox that isn’t a productivity lecture, a habit tracker (ok maybe just one!), or a listicle written by someone who clearly does not have ADHD.
It’s from me! I’m Leah, an ADHD coach and 100% a fellow ADHDer. My weekly email is honest, a little funny (at least I think so), and always written for the way our brains actually work.
Some weeks it’s a reframe that makes something suddenly click. Some weeks it’s a strategy so simple you’ll wonder why nobody told you sooner. Some weeks it’s just a reminder that you’re not lazy, you’re not broken, and you’re doing better than you think.
No fluff. No shame. No “just use a planner.”
Join hundreds of fellow ADHDers who read it every Sunday.
Who is this for?
This is for you if…
- You’ve tried every system and none of them stuck
- At the end of every weekend you get the “Sunday Scaries” about the week ahead
- You’re exhausted from white-knuckling your way through every. single. day.
- You want real strategies, not toxic positivity and 5am wake-up calls
- You’ve ever Googled “what the hell is wrong with me and why can’t I just do the thing?!” at 2am (or 2 pm for that matter)
About Me
I spent most of my damn life! thinking I just needed to try harder and be a stronger, more disciplined person before I realised the problem was never a lack of effort (ok, it was usually not lack of effort, but let’s be for real, sometimes it was!) but more so the fact that I was working overtime against my own brain instead of with it.
Momentum Monday is the email I wish someone had been sending me back then.
