Coaching is wonderful for those with ADHD because it gets to the nitty, gritty stuff that medication does not address. Medication can reduce symptoms of ADHD and help you concentrate, but it doesn't teach you how to get organized or get that better job.

A different solution

My ADHD coaching works because it actually helps you to rewire how you think, feel and behave.  I’m in your back pocket for up to 3 months, which gives you the time and persistence you need to have deep breakthroughs and make lasting change.  We’re all a work in progress, and it’s important to remember that even the smallest steps are in fact moving you forward! Don’t forget that this journey is not linear, but it is cumulative. You grow every time you show up for yourself.

ADHD Rewire

8 weeks to take back control, rebuild your systems, and start feeling in charge of your life again

Hear me: you are not here “to be fixed” because you are not broken. It’s like living your whole life thinking you’re an automatic car, and everyone keeps saying “JUST TRY HARDER!” Then you finally come to realize, you’re actually a manual car! Now that we know, we can start implementing the changes our brain needs instead of fighting against ourselves.

Rewire = to make lasting and usually beneficial changes to the neurological or psychological functioning of a person

1:1 Coaching + built in community

ADHD Rewire is a 8-week ADHD coaching experience that blends weekly 1:1 support with built-in community.

You’ll learn how to manage your time, energy, and emotions in a way that actually fits you.

You’ll get

  • 8 private sessions (1 each week) – real-time problem-solving, planning, and accountability

  • Full access to my ADHD Community – we have body-doubling calls multiple times per week, weekly live coaching calls, Sunday prep sessions to start every week off with some momentum, fellow ADHDers that are also on the path of becoming reacquainted with their brains

  • Resources & replays – tools to keep you fully supported between sessions

  • Gentle check-ins – no shame, just support

who it's for

  • ADHDers who feel stuck, scattered, or one meltdown away from burnout
  • Folks who crave structure but hate being boxed in
  • Anyone ready to stop overthinking and start rebuilding
This space is for ADHD adults who are tired of feeling like they’re constantly living on the edge of a full blown come apart, who struggle with overwhelm, disorganization, decision paralysis, people-pleasing, and never-ending self-judgement.

It’s a place to gain some calm control, clarity, and confidence, the kind that comes from actually understanding how your brain works and building systems that fit it without toxic productivity culture, rigid morning routines, or shame-based “accountability.”

This comes with compassion-first coaching, lived-experience strategies, and practical tools that help you deconstruct the chaos and reconstruct your life in a way that finally feels doable, sustainable, and really freaking empowering.
